Which mobile devices are supported by Entry?

The app runs on Android and iOS smartphones. At least the last three major versions of Android and iOS are supported.

How does Entry guarantee data protection and data security?

Your data is safe with us - without exception. The data is stored on our servers in German data centres and meets all GDPR criteria. We also use encrypted communication standards (such as https) and secure your data with regular backups.

Can locations be imported?

In the Conntac Dashboard, you have the option of creating new locations manually. Technicians can also submit or suggest new, previously unrecorded locations via the mobile app. If you want to import many locations at once, we will be happy to help you.

What happens if no feedback is received via the app?

The status of your technicians from the app is synchronised with the Conntac dashboard. If there is no feedback, the access is labelled accordingly and a security notification is displayed on the dashboard. The NOC can then initiate further measures according to its own procedural rules.

How does the app raise the alarm?

By an acoustic signal, triggered by the expiry of the timer interval.
