How is payment processed for Essential and Pro?

There are no costs and no obligations within the 14-day trial period. An order is placed separately by means of an offer document and subsequent commissioning. Payment is made conveniently on account with 30 days payment term from the date of invoice.

Can I also pay by credit card?

Payment is currently only possible by invoice.

Can locations be imported?

Yes, locations can be imported without any problems. Please get in touch with your contact person for further information and assistance with the import.

Which smartphones are supported by the Entry app?

The Entry app runs on Android and iOS smartphones. At least the last three major versions of Android and iOS are supported.

How time-consuming is the introduction of Entry for me?

The Entry solution is designed so that you can implement it yourself. The effort involved is minimal and you can get started in just a few minutes.
